I do have a lot of experience as a teacher and scientist as well.
A great teacher has to make the class so interesting, holding the attention of students in all discussions, having clear objectives for each lesson and work enthusiastically in each class.
To have effective discipline skills and controlling behaviors and change in the classroom with management skills and can encourage to be good student behavior, effective study and work habits at their best level, and specially, to maintain respect in the classroom and among them and adults.
Teacher has to maintain open communication with parents and informed them about any issue or child issue any time.
Teacher has to be in touch with the students about school’s curriculum and rules with an incredible knowledge of the subject matter he/she is teaching, preparing the class in advance to answer questions and keep the material interesting for the students.
A great teacher has to be passionate every day, no matter what, about subjects and working with children. They must be excited about influencing students’ lives in the present and the future and understand the impact they have in students´s outcome.
Teacher has to establish trusting relationships when students could need an advise or being in trouble, helping all the time.
