Hello everybody!
I am a British and South African citizen who currently lives in the north of Spain.
I have a background in food production with a degree in food science completed in the UK. I spent many years in a cheese-making facility in the UK, where I spent time in food safety training and awareness. When I am not working I enjoy exploring the coast along Cantabria.
I am patient and friendly, so are my lessons! I am happy to tailor the lesson per your request. I like to focus on a topic that interests you, and use that as a base to allow the lesson to flow well.
